Carol Xiao is Director Business Development at ISPT. She has a background in Chemical Engineering and dedicated her efforts towards creating a future society that runs on green hydrogen, instead of fossil fuels.
Carol is responsible for the business development and stakeholder management of the themes green hydrogen, clean ammonia and circular carbon. The green hydrogen development focuses on innovating and accelerating the industry with electrolysis-based production of sustainable low cost hydrogen at scale as a driver for circular industrial chains.
Previous to her position at ISPT Carol has worked in different sectors, such as Engineering, Chemical Manufacturing and High-Tech Industry. Her focus has always been in innovation development and implementation within the Industry.
Carols experience and strengths are in stakeholder management, program management, business development, conference organization and moderation, project management, process engineering and process Improvement with Lean & Six Sigma method.
